Penang Adventist Hospital is a Malaysian owned and controlled company. It is part of an international network of some 500 not-for-profit hospitals, clinics and dispensaries worldwide operating under the Adventist Health Network including a sister hospital to Sydney Adventist in Australia.
The hospital was established in 1924 by Dr J. Earl Gardner. From its humble beginnings, it continuously operates and has grown to become a tertiary healthcare institution providing global healthcare for the Malaysian and International community.
